Yunomi Tea bowl | Wild Clay Pottery

Udumbara’s Yunomi Tea Bowl is designed for daily, frequent use. Over time, the natural hand-rubbing will gently polish the surface, giving the clay a soft sheen - hence why a well-loved bowl is said to glow. The light, milky glaze will also develop fine crackles, and as tea seeps into them, it forms a beautiful patina cherished by tea connoisseurs.

Thanks to the clay’s porous nature and its rich iron and mineral content, tea brewed in Kultela clay develops wonderfully deep, earthy notes. Each piece is handcrafted and fired at low heat using solar energy, ensuring a thoughtful, low-impact process from start to finish.

Please note that each item is handmade and it might have colour variations from the original image used, which we hope  you see as an advantage rather than a vice!
