We want you to be happy with your purchase!
On all mail order and internet orders, we offer a no-quibbles refund guarantee. 
We will refund or replace unused and undamaged items returned in their original condition and packaging,
within 30 days of dispatch.

We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition,
but in the unlikely event of your receiving a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours.

The Cancellation Rights are set out below,
however they do not apply, to a contract for the following goods in the following circumstances:
made to order items that we do not normally keep in stock;
goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised;

Subject as stated in these Terms and Conditions, you can cancel this contract within 7 days without giving any reason.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Contract by a clear statement setting
out your decision, eg a letter sent by post or email.

If you cancel, you must send back the Goods or return them to us at 53 Barnsbury Street, London, N1 1TP, without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of this Contract.

We regret we cannot offer a refund on the delivery cost of your returned order unless the item is faulty.
You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. 

When the returned item is received by us, it will be checked, and if found to be in good and saleable condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the item at our premises.

We reserve the right not to replace any item that has been fitted, as we will deem this acceptance of the goods.

We will not be held liable for fitters fees or any other professional trades persons fees due to late, damaged or lost deliveries. 

We are not liable for any loss earnings due to late, incorrect or lost deliveries.

We reserve the right to refuse replacements on any damaged items reported to us outside of two working days. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

This policy is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations and applies to internet and mail order purchases only. An exchange or equivalent value gift voucher policy applies to items purchased at our stores. This does not affect your statutory rights.
