 Small parcels due to be delivered to UK Highlands,
Islands and Outside of the UK may incur additional charges.

Since 1st of January 2021, UK is no longer member of the EU and the implication of this
is that European customers are likely to be charged import tax. This amount varies depending on the
value of the order, typically it will be 20%, but the recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of these charges.
All small businesses are adjusting to these changes and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
We urge our European customers to contact us prior to purchasing goods as on some occasions,
we might be able to ship from EU to the EU and therefore no additional taxes will be payable. 


You can collect your purchase in-store at a time convenient for you, free of charge. 
This service is available within the store opening times.

You agree we may deliver the Goods in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and
fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges. 
If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the goods
may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you
an additional re-delivery charge.

Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility. 

The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or customer collection.
You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the Goods before accepting them.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned.
These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather,
acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers.
We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.


For furniture orders, we will contact you with an expected lead time. 
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the item they are purchasing
will fit thought the access doors and corridors and into the chosen room.
