The new, 4th edition of the "Common Sands" microwave vase arrives with a new distinguished shape, opacity and colour spectrum rarely observed before. Naturally occurring the unique colour features are due to the varying origins of waste streams and celebrated across the range.
Designed by Studio Plastique, the "Common Sands" homeware collection uses the wasted glass components from discarded household goods such as fridges, microwaves, kitchen scales and washing machines and is a result of rigorous collaborations between the studio, experts and craftsmen that underlines the usability of this underused material resource.
